January 21, 2007

Chris has lost about 6 pound thus far. He and Elise met with Terry Dildy at St. Luke''s this past week to get an overview of their nutritional situation, and how to improve upon their diets. It was a most insightful 3 hours for them both.
 
This week Elise and Chris will also be put in touch with a person trainer. Weight loss must include exercise. More details to come this week. Way to go, Chris and Elise!

Chris forwarded me his diet for the past few days from this week.  Personally, I still think he needs work on eliminating several items from his diet.
Wed.

Breakfast:

Two pieces of Ezekiel Raisin and Cinnamon toast
1 cup of coffee, 1 bottle of water

Mid afternoon:
2 glasses of water

Lunch:

Luby''s
1 hamburger patty with grilled onions
Salad with vinegar and olive oil
Black eyed peas
Broccoli

Snack
1 can of tomato juice
4 oz dry roasted edamame

Later
2 beers

Supper:
Two bowls of chili with cheddar cheese
Two glasses of water

Thurs.

Breakfast:
1 piece of whole wheat toast
1/2 grapefruit
1 cup of coffee
1 bottle of water

Mid afternoon
2 glasses of water

Lunch:
10 oz new York strip w/ grilled onions
Large salad with blue cheese
Water

Snack
1 can of tomato juice

Supper:
Whole wheat pasta w/ sauce
Salad with vinegar and olive oil
Water
