This endoscopic video is from a patient with gastric antral vascular ectasia, also known as GAVE, performed by Dr. Joseph Galati, is a cause of intestinal bleeding in patients with cirrhosis and portal hypertension. Patients present with anemia and iron deficiency. The diagnosis is made with endoscopy, and one of the treatments is argon plasma coagulation (APC).
