We atlk about obesity every week on the program, and discussions regarding what NOT TO EAT is important. This past week, Time Magazine listed the nine foods to avoid giving your children. For some families, these are basic staples of a weekly diet. We need to educate parents that all of these foods, as well as a lot of the suggested replacement foods, should be avoided at all cost. We are killing our children with poor nutrition and bad food choices.
