The first phase is to hand these out to our patients, with easy instructions on how to prepare these new foods. Considering the amount of obesity we are all facing, this is an idea that is very much worthwhile. Making use of social media, this program will post programatic information on Instagram, and we will be documenting the giveaways and ask the participants to post their prepared side vegetable or fruit. Stay tuned and send us your comments.
