March is Colon Cancer Awareness Month. The American Cancer Society recommends screening to begin in average risk adults at the age of 50. On the show, Dr. Galati spoke with two of his patients, each with different risk factors, and different concerns regarding screening for colon cancer. This interview will shed light on the need for screening of all adults, and to be aware of specific risk factors for the development of colon cancer.
