America on the Move Week: Adding 2000 Steps per Day

America On the Move Week with the YMCA is a nationwide event to inspire individuals and families to incorporate healthy activities into their daily routines.

In partnership with the America on the Move Foundation, YMCA’s across the country will provide a variety of opportunities for those in their communities to engage in activities that individuals and families how small changes where you live, work, learn and play can lead to big success.

America On the Move Week with the YMCA is part of Activate America® -- the YMCA's response to the nation's growing health crisis. Through Activate America, the YMCA is redefining itself and engaging communities across the country to provide better opportunities for people of all ages in their pursuit of health and well-being in spirit, mind and body.
